By downloading, installing, or using Astro Dream, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use Astro Dream.

Astro Dream is a personal cosmic companion app that combines astrology and dream interpretation. We provide personalized horoscopes based on your birth chart, AI-powered dream analysis, compatibility insights, and AI chat guides (King Astro and Queen Dreams).

Astro Dream is intended for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only.

Astro Dream is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. Dream interpretations and astrological readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

Do not make important life decisions based solely on content provided by Astro Dream. If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, please consult a qualified professional.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Subscriptions are billed at $9.99/month, $19.99/3 months, or $59.99/year
• A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers only
• You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by law
• Subscription prices may change with 30 days notice

Astro Dream offers the following auto-renewing subscription plans:

• Monthly: $9.99/month
• 3 Months: $19.99 every 3 months
• Yearly: $59.99/year

All plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your chosen subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Unused portions of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the app
• Share your account with others
• Use the AI chat features to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content

All content within Astro Dream — including astrological interpretations, dream analysis frameworks, AI personas (King Astro and Queen Dreams), visual design, and written content — is the property of Astro Dream and protected by applicable copyright laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Dream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
